It is a referencing system that consists of two elements these are footnote citation and a reference list that is placed at the end of the document. If not individual author is indicated, the article/webpage publisher is the both the author and publisher. Cite the organization as the author and leave out the publisher information. Place “n.d.” for “no date” where publication information usually goes.
